Brookfield Bowling Club held its annual Charity Day on 10th August this year.  We had an excellent attendance from visiting clubs and our own members – even the weather donned its brightest outfit, adding warmth and sunshine to our day.  After all the financial reckoning was completed, the Club managed to raise a very respectable £675 which was donated to St Vincent’s Hospice, as the photograph below illustrates.
