Saturday dawned with gentle sunshine and ideal conditions for a great morning of bowls.

In the Mixed Pairs final, Angela Orr and John Campbell took on Sophie Wilkie and Jim Shedden across 17 ends. Sophie, just 12 years old and the youngest member of the club, showed impressive composure and talent alongside Jim. Their journey to the final was hard-earned, but Angela and John proved too strong on the day, securing a clear win in front of a loyal group of supporters. Well done and congratulations to Angela and John.
