With a new season just around the corner — and as we celebrate the club’s 125th anniversary — we’d love you to join us for our Annual General Meeting on Friday 20 February 2026 at 7.30pm in Brookfield Village Hall.

The AGM is a relaxed, welcoming evening where you can catch up with fellow members, hear what’s planned for this special anniversary year, and share any ideas you’d like the club to consider. All membership groups — Full, Restricted, and Associate — are warmly invited to attend. (Only Full Members can vote, but everyone’s input is valued.)

Eddie has already emailed out the agenda, last year’s minutes, and this year’s reports from the Club President and other office bearers, so you can look through everything beforehand.

And for a bit of fun on the night, we’ll be running a raffle and the ever‑popular Slide‑a‑Coin — so please bring along some cash, especially a few £1 coins. There will be some great prizes up for grabs.

We hope to see a great turnout as we head into this landmark season together.
