It’s nearly here… Opening Day is just around the corner, and we can’t wait to get the new season underway. The green is calling, the bowls are polished, and the excitement is definitely building.

🍹 A wee welcome refreshment If you’re lucky, there might be a little something to sip before the fun begins and the first bowl of the season is sent down the green.

🏆 First competition of the year: The President’s Trophy Make sure you’re there and ready to take part — it’s the perfect way to kick off the season with a bit of friendly competition.

☕ Tea, coffee & home baking As always, there’ll be a warm cuppa waiting afterwards. If you can bring some home baking, we’d be delighted — and this time, plated if possible, just to make things easier on the day.

🎟️ Raffle Don’t forget the raffle! Bring along a prize if you can, and be ready to grab a few tickets. It all helps support the club and adds to the fun.

🕷️ And who knows… If we are lucky, there might even be a spider on the green to get everyone laughing.
