We were delighted to welcome visitors from around 16 clubs, along with representatives from the West of Scotland Ladies and the Johnstone & District Ladies. In total, 54 players took to the green, with many of our social members joining us too. We also invited several village ladies who had helped at the Afternoon Tea Day — all adding to the warm, lively atmosphere.

Our own members were joined by friends from Ralston and Lochwinnoch, and fittingly, the ladies from those clubs formed part of the winning team, alongside our very own Carol and Ailsa.

We were thrilled to receive generous donations from Elderslie, Johnstone & District, and the West of Scotland Ladies. And of course, our guests were treated to the legendary Brookfield spread, served with style by the gentlemen of the club, who kept the afternoon tea — and the Prosecco — flowing.

No one was too concerned about the scores. The weather was excellent, the company was even better, and a wonderful time was had by all.
